Details

General:

Our SF、SFZ、SFS、SFSZ series power transformers of 110KV voltage grade have the single maximum capacity of 240000KVA and of400000kVA for 220KV series.
The series are developed integrating advanced domestic and international technology with low loss, low noise, low partial discharge, strong short-circuit resistance.
The transformers can convert network voltage into system or load voltage realizing the transmission and distribution of power energy. They can be installed indoor or outdoor, especially suitable for wet environment service. They are the ideal equipments for factories, countryside, and city distribution network.

Characteristic:
1.     Strong short-circuit resistance:
Using advanced calculating procedure to calculate the circuit-conditions of transformer, analyze the force conditions and deformation on every part of coil under short-circuit. All this greatly enhances the short-circuit resistance of transformers.
2.     Low losses:
Application of multiple shield methods to control magnetic leakage, lower load losses and avoid partial over-heat.
The transformers apply high-quality cold-rolled grain-oriented high magnetic silicon steel sheets with chamfered and step-lapped joints, without holes or laminated upper yoke. This decreases no-load losses, no-load current and electromagnetic noise.
3.     High mechanical strength:
The transformer body applies six-side positioning method to stand delivery acceleration of horizontal direction no more than 0.3g, vertical direction no more than 0.15g.
